Private Tuition Terms and Conditions
1. Given the complexities raised by running the School on a virtual platform, the School will only guarantee tuition programmes once Students are fully registered - their Course Fees settled by bank transfer and their completed Registration Form emailed to team@oxfordschooloffrench.com.
2. Credit notes may be offered for students’ unforeseen circumstances. Please note that refunds are not part of Oxford School of French policy.
3. Private tuition fees may be exchanged against class tuition.
4. Private tuition programmes are scheduled to finish at the date agreed at the time of registration. After this date, any outstanding hours will be either forfeited or credited to a new tuition programme of sixteen hours minimum.
5. Please note that a notice of 48 hours minimum is required for tuition to be rearranged, otherwise fees will be due in lieu of notice.
6. Our tutors are French natives, teaching abroad for variable periods of time. When they are recalled home or to their universities, they will be replaced by another French native tutor of the same degree of excellence.
7. £10 registration fee will be required.
Class Terms and Conditions

2. Please note that refunds are not part of Oxford School of French policy - credit notes may be offered in case of students’ unforeseen circumstances.
3. Class tuition fees are not redeemable against private tuition. Should a student stop attending his course before the end date, the School will hold a credit at the student’s disposal, or friends and family, for three months.
4. When registering, students are invited to mention up to two dates at which they cannot attend. These two sessions will be tagged-on to their next programme.
5. The Oxford School of French reserves the right to suspend a class should the intake fall below 3 students. In this case, any unused fees will be carried over to a subsequent class registration or credited back.
